When use XDS510 usb PLUS connect UCD3138128A by JTAG port, it can't be connected.

UCD3138128A is put in socket of UCD3138A640EVM-662 socket.

I use another UCD3138OL64EVM-031. The XDS510 USB PLUS connect UCD3138064A successfully.

Can XDS510 USB PLUS support UCD3138128A? or need to do some special configuration?

Yes, XDS510 works with UCD3138128A, but JTAG is disabled by default. You need to enable JTAG from your code or through PMBUs.

Thanks a lot. Sean. I send the EVM to xuemei. She found that the EVM board have problem. She change one EVM for me.
