Hi,

my customer is looking for an alternative to Infineon BTF6070-2ERV, Q100 needed.

P2P is desirable, but not mandatory.

BOM tool on ti.com does not have a suggestion.

Hi Josef,

For 12V systems, I would recommend the customer to look at TPS2HB50-Q1 as this a good option with a similar on resistance.

There do exists some difference in operating voltage range and current limitation behavior.
