Our company has a batch of TPS54227 materials ready to be shipped online
But, because of this material provided by customers and non-vacuum packaging, the production unit hopes to bake first to maintain quality.
Could you help to provide TPS54227 baking standards and parameters (temperature/time...ect)?

Hi Denny,
Here is what I received from the quality team:
TPS54227DDA is a TKY defined device in AESHAT the is only the plating bake at 150 degC for 60 minutes before FT. After FT there is the dry pack directly
Normal dry bake is at 150 degC for 6 hours.
Alternatively you can take bake conditions defined in QSS 009-138.
