TPS566238: IBIS MODEL on EN pin

My customer wants to simulate Signal Analysis of EN pin on TPS566238RQFR. Is it possible to release IBIS model of EN pin? If difficult, could you please let us know the RLC value of equivalent circuit?

Hi Hattori,

We don't have the IBIS model.

EN-pin is internally pulled to 4V-standby-power through a ~2Mohm resistor.
