Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC1875
Dear All,
As many designers of power converters for space applications we are looking for radiation characterisation data and/or relevant information.
For the UC1875 total dose data exist and the part is low dose rate certified. Apparently this implies that the part is made in bipolar technology, but we haven't found a clear indication.
Could you please confirm if the UC1875 fab process is bipolar?
