Hi,

From the datasheet and orderable list, both parts looks the same and it is covered in this E2E post also

In general, we would recommend a newer parts such as TPSM63606 or LMZM33606 which are smaller and better EMI performance

Hello Arief,

I see the WAD version is RoHS compliant while the WAH isn't. Why is this the case?

The device is already in production, that's why the PN is old.
