In fact application, whether BQ2084 pin MRST should add one 100kohm, then connect to ground?
Or directly to ground?
The 1th way;(Connect to ground directly)
If directly to ground, ESD/EOS will damage this pin directly.
Another, I think that this pin will lost H/W reset function.
The 2h way;(Connect 100Kohm to ground)
Used Scope to measure this MRST pin, while did charging, can catch pull high waveform when connect 100kohm;
CH1 pin REG waveform;CHG 2 pin MRST waveform;
I am not sure MRST high level can effort device opeartion?(Refer to the above image)
Summary:
Whether BQ2084 pin MRST must connect 100Kohm to ground?
If not used it, whether the wrong connect sequence cause bq29312 XALERT be always latched low ?
BQ2084 was in Stopping OSC.status ?
