LMR33620: 2-Layout Information on LMR33620 QFN package

Hi,

My customer wants the sample 2-layer Layout of LMR33620 QFN package. We can refer 2-Layer Layout on LMR33620 DDA package on the datasheet. But, we can only find 4-layer information of QFN package. Could you please 2-Layer Layout of QFN package? Please support us.

hi, M.HATTORI,

4 layer layout/PCB has the potential of offering a better thermal performance for QFN. QFN do not have a thermal pad as DDA package. when running 2A36V the heat increase a lot.

if you already know it will have less ground in a 2 layer , please reference the same as DDA for arrangement, but it's hard to say the 2 layer performance is the same.
