ULN2003A: Difference between ULN2003AD, ULN2003ADR, ULN2003ADRG3

Hi team, 

Our customer considers to use the following devices as alternative for ULN2003ADRG4 to avoid delivery shortage. 

ULN2003AD
ULN2003ADR 
ULN2003ADRG3

Could you give us comment on the following question?

1. ULN2003AD => This is the same spec as ULN2003ADRG4, so there is no problem. Right?
2. ULN2003ADR => NiPdAu and Sn-plated mixed product. Spec is same as ULN2003ADRG4. Right?
3. ULN2003ADRG3 => Sn plated product. Spec is same as ULN2003ADRG4. Right?

4. Are those devices identical with ULN2003ADRG4 in terms of internal structure and materials?
