LMZ14202: LMZ14202

Part Number: LMZ14202

Hi all,

I have been simulated this simple switcher using Pspice for TI. As its datasheet states, the switching frequency can be calculated using a formula.

Anyway, by using a specific value for Ron, the calculated frequency is about 400kHz.

After the simulation is completed, I did FFT to extract the frequencies in the waveform. and the dominant  frequency is about 650kHz. I tried to change the Ron but still no change on the frequency.

I just need to know , is this spice model  much accurate to simulate the real switching frequency? because I am going to complicate the circuit for testing conducted EMI behavior using precise models.

The attached images show that.
