Have you checked if there is any fault trigger through GUI?

Also, you can probe the output voltage, PWM signal and TAO signal during power on. To see if there is any fault from SPS or no PWM output from controller.

If both of them are normal and correct, output voltage must try to rise up.

So  if one of them damage will impact output?

You need to click status tab then it would be easier to know which exact fault has trigger.

Otherwise, have you probed the EN,TAO, PWM, SW node  signal yet?

Also, you export .xml to me then I can double check for you.

I didn't see any potential issue from config. file so far.

TAO of all SPS are supposed to be tying together. But you need to check the EN and each PWM of controller and SW node of each SPS.

Also check output voltage. If SW node is working normally, output voltage is supposed to rise up.

Is the PWM waveform is correct?

Hi Eric,

It's abnormal. The high level of PWM is supposed to be around 3.3V. You can compare the normal rail to observe.

Do you measure the all the signal during power-on not steady-state?
