Good Day. Is there any available PSpice Model for the device of TPS628501? If there is no available for TPS628501, I found a PSpice Model for the automotive version of this device which is TPS628501-Q1.Is it okay to use this PSpice Model of TPS628501-Q1 to TPS628501? Do you have TPS7A05 Simplis Model? Please advise. Thank you very much.

    Hi Ray,

    Yes, it is okay to use automotive part PSPICE model to run simulation. Both devices share same design architecture.

    I would suggest to create new thread for TPS7A05 to get device expert advise.
