TPS54200: max duty ratio

Dear TI team,

could you check converter can output voltage below condition ?

I'm worried about max on duty ratio. it is almost 100%

(1) Vin : 5V

(2) Vout : 4.6V , 0.6A

Hi,

TPS54200 can't meet such high convert ratio. Please consider TPS92200 and its maximum duty cycle can reach 99%.

What is the max duty cycle of TPS54200 ? I can't find it in datasheet

Hi,

The typical switching frequency is 600kHz while the typical minimum on-time is 90ns, so the typical minimum duty cycle is about 90ns/600kHz=94%.
