Please tell me the result of the latch-up test for LP38693MP-5.0/NOPB.

Hello,

This device is a legacy device qualified by National Semiconductor. TI has not re-run reliability tests. National semiconductor did not run latch-up test on LP38693MP-5.0/NOPB. Latch-up was performed on one device from the family, LP38693QSD-ADJ. Apologies for the inconvenience.
