Hi, i am using this flyback circuit for designing controllers in electric vehicle. I am using the same circuit since 2-3 years and found no problem but suddenly now when i have changed my input source to Li-ion instead Lead-acid its giving some trouble. while the controller is installed in vehicle for drive sometimes it will start shutting down the Flyback. its like temperature shutdown it takes some to initially once the problem is started it will shutdown the flyback very frequently. I am facing this problem only with Li-ion battery same circuits works fine lead-acid. I have attached my design for your refernce . can you go through it and suggest me some solution.
