TPS62067-Q1: Frequency of the clock-dithering circuit

The datasheet says that TPS62067-Q1 devices has a built-in clock-dithering circuit. I am wondering what is the operation frequency of the build-in dithering circuit?

Hi Darren,

TPS62067-Q1 device has internal clock dithering circuit and its oscillation frequency is slightly modulated with sub clock dither of typically 6ns.

Hi Tanvee

We found a ~5KHz noise on the audio amp, so we are looking for any source that is around 5KHz on the PCBA. I'd like to know the modulation frequency of the dithering circuit and see if it is 5kHz.

Hi Darren,

Does this ripple/signal go away when the TPS62067-Q1 is tested in forced PWM mode under the same conditions? and can you share schematic and layout to check ?
