Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54521, , TPS54821
Hi support team,
We have previously inquired about the output side inrush current of TPS54521RHLR.
The inrush current had a peak of about 8.8-9.2A, but when we asked TI's opinion with the inrush current waveform (attached), it was said that there would be no problem up to 10.5A for such a short time.

However, it was found that the phenomenon that the power supply could not be generated normally in the actual machine occurred.
The inrush current is also about 9A.
Since there is no margin, there is a possibility that this problem has occurred due to variations.
Therefore, we are considering changing to the higher-end TPS54620RGYR (6A product), which is a pin-compatible product.
The current limit value on the High Side side of TPS54620 is 8A (min) -11A (typ).
Is there enough margin for this inrush current for this device?
The soft start time cannot be extended due to other device reasons.
