TPS61010: Although the EN pin is LOW, the output is 1.24V

Although EN is low from MCU, I measure 1.24 V voltage at the output. The circuit and element values I use are given in the image.

What is the cause of this problem?

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you connect the ADEN pin to VBAT? The autodischarge function is enabled if this pin is connected to VBAT, it is disabled if ADEN is tied to GND.
