Hi,

We do not have CDM or MM as they were not take at the time due to the age of the device.

If you are considering the LMV431 but need ESD, you can consider the TLVH431 or TLV431 which have this data available and are pin compatible.

The LMV431A is the part of our mass production's material, it's difficult for us to replace it,

and now we need to acknowledge our MP's materials,

if LMV431A no CDM data, we can't finish it,

We do not have any data right now. We have started data collection for ESD for LMV431. It will be complete in 4-6 weeks. Please understand this is the quickest we can get the data.
