TPS51218: Unexpected Voltage Drop at Vout (Enable Pin)

Part Number: TPS51218

Hello support team,

Our customer has experienced the voltage drop at Vout of TPS51218. The waveform is shown below.

The blue one is Enable pin and yellow one is Vout.

However, I have suspected that the enable pin drop causes the Vout's drop. Because the Enable drop does not happen every time at the Vout drop.(about one out of five, 20%)

The schematic of TPS51218 is shown below(the RT8237E part is P2P to TPS51218). They have added C994 as 180pF to solve the issue. (It's NC before)

But the problem is that there exists the same condition but the EN signal remains pull-high(3.3V).

Thanks for the helping to explain.

Dave
