TPS53355: Asking for the TPS53355 design review suggestion

Hi Sir,

 

My customer design and MP TPS53355. However, there is FA for this MP product on the output voltage.

The designed output voltage is 5V. Abnormal case Vout is 0.9V. the fail case was observed in the factory side on the board test.

If failed, replacing new TPS53353 can fix the output abnormal voltage.

Would you please review schematic and layout and provide your comment?

    Hello,

    I downloaded the .zip file provided in the link, and the schematic in general looks good to me. I believe the feedback resistors were cut off in the images I had access too, so I was unable to verify that. 

    In regards to the failure mode, do you have any more information regarding the testing conditions?
