TPS53015: Kindly answer the thread as soon as possible

Part Number: TPS53015

During load, test found a dip(2.5 v old glitch found during the 5-ohm loading) on the 5V while loaded with 5ohms. Kindly check it and inform me what is the reason for the dip.

Inductor Value: 2.2uH and output cap is 220uF.

  • Actual part number is TPS53015DGSR

So that we can understand your concern and issue, please help me make sure I understand the issue:

When dynamically add a 5-Ω load resistor to the output voltage after the two parallel ferrite beads, you see the 5V output drop from 5V to 2.5V, then rise back to 5V.

Is that correct?  If not, please describe the exact test conditions and observations so we can avoid confusion.

Is the voltage at the Output before the Ferrite beads also dropping 2.5V?

What is the ESR of C185 (220μF output capacitor)?

Are you able to change the L or C value if that improves the output voltage transient response?
