We bought TPS65261-1RHBR from TI (Order No.:T01253074)
Yesterday our customer told us that there are 4% of the 12V power supply pins are short-circuited after a period of aging of TPS65261-1RHBR. They do not know why this problem happen.
Could you please help to check and let us know the reason? What we should do?
