    Reserve capacity is the capacity that is set aside for use after 0% SOC is reported. This sets the level at which 0% SOC starts. The typical use case is for reserve energy required to shut down system safely once 0% is reported to user. This may include energy for providing messages to user and limited time for user to save their data before system shutdown.
