UCC256402: Changing Switching Frequency

Hello,

We're working with the UCC256402 controller and the UCC25640EVM-020.

We would like to increase the switching frequency on the EVM.  Do we do this with LSS pin?

I tried using webench to look into this modification, but I'm getting a very odd schematic (attached).

    Hi Keith,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    what frequency you are referring at?

    If its during the start up, then it can be adjusted using LL/SS pin voltage.

    Or if its during the light load, then you need to lower the BMTL threshold to increase the switching frequency. 

    or when its at full load, you need to design the new magnetics such that the converter can be operated at much higher resonant frequency.

    You can use the design excel calculator given in this link (https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sluc675) to make these changes
