Hello,

I have created a charger circuit For 3Cell Li ion Battery BUT After reaching the Battery Voltage 12.22V the battery is not charging but the STAT1 and STAT2 LED'S status are as below

Vin =16V

At Output Pin with Load(Battery) the output Voltage =12V94

Output Current is about 100mA

STAT1 LED is glowing and after few min it start Blinking for (7 Times) and again glow continuously

STAT2 LED is OFF

I am using 0.1 ohm resistor as my Current sense resistor

R ISET1= 10K

R ISET2= 10K

Feedback VOLTAGE DIVIDER resistors are 510k and 100K

Please help me know how I can achieve12V6 and after reaching the Battery Level 12V6 the STAT2 LED should glow

Hello,

Can you please clarify that you have a 12.94 V battery with a 12.81 V regulation? Your battery voltage is over regulation. What happens if you discharge the battery below the recharge threshold and start charging again?

I have battery Needs to be charged upto 12V6 but after reaching 12v33 it's not Charging more

and the STAT1 LED blinking and get constant for some time again start Blinking for 7 times However STAT2 LED is OFF for all time

For that I have changed RISET 1=7K5

RISET 2=20K

What should I do to reach at 12V6 And Charge Status Should be Done (STAT2 LED should be ON)

Hello,

Can you please provide a schematic? Can you capture a waveform of OUT, STAT1, BAT, and the charging current when this is happening?
