This is my circuit that using UCC28740 component:
And following there are pictures by oscilloscope:
Figure 1: Channel 1 is VDD pin and channel 2 is DRV pin.
Figure 2: Channel 1 is CS pin and channel 2 is DRV pin.
Figure 3: Channel 1 is VS pin (between RS2 and ground) and channel 2 is DRV pin.
Figure 4: Zooming in figure 3 - Channel 1 is VS pin (between RS2 and ground) and channel 2 is DRV pin.
When I just removed R6 resistor, the UCCC28740 (U1), the fuse input (F1) and R12 resistor burned out. Could you tell me what might have happened?
