May I ask for help? Our customer want to use a USB-type C pin for charging as well as for data communication and wanted to know which pins are essential from the image below. Also how should it connect it to bq24157S?
I saw the connection of J5 connected to Ribbon cable <-> HPA172 <-> USB cable in the user guide of EVM.
Will this be enough as a reference on how we can connect this IC to USB type C? Please advise.
