TPS63020: Heating too much and do not work

Hello Sir ,

This is regarding the heating issue of the buck boost convertor (TPS63020) which we are using in our PCB . During testing of our PCB we found that after some time the buck boost convertor heated too much up to 90 degree Celsius and then stopped working and after this the input capacitors C2,C3 and  C7 (please see schematic) were shorted to ground and output of TPS63020 was fluctuating between 4.2 to 3.3 (which we have set to 3.9v). We are giving 5v 2A DC to our device and it uses current up to 1A typically . Please see the below schematic (we have changed R4 to 154k to get 3.9v as output ) and provide urgent support regarding this as this problem repeating and our 4 to 5 testing boards are damaged due to this
