Hi I get a design whith this module LM4040A82IDBZT

The design is all time powered (24/24 h) I try to know the maximum voltage error I can expect during 1 year and the MTBF of the component

I've found in the datasheet this information Long-term stability of reverse breakdown voltage t = 1000 h TA = 25°C ± 0.1°C, 120 120 pp IZ = 150 μA

I don't know how to use this information for my application
