Hello Cickey,
To get the closest chemistry id you should input your data into our GPCCHEM tool here. This tool will look at your data and select a chemistry ID with the closest match. Here is a document that explains the formatting for how to enter your data. It looks like your data here should work with some re-formatting. For example, voltage and current should be in mA and mV, and time should be in seconds elapsed. In addition, I don't seem to see a measured temperature. You could simply put 0 in the temperature column since it was at 0C, but it may cause you to lose some accuracy. You could also run the test again and have bqstudio log your data in the correct format automatically.
thanks,
Alex M.
Dear Alex
thank for your support,i will transfer these suggestion to customer, he will also follow the post later.
Hello Chen,
Were you having issues uploading to GPCCHEM? It looks like your file extension was set to .csv but the file was not actually a .csv file. In the future, you can export a file a .csv directly using a tool like excel, but be careful of leading/trailing zeroes getting removed. Also, there should be only 1 .csv with the config file at a time. Lastly, it looks like you had measured with only one cell, but set the config to 3s. After implementing these fixes and running only your room-temp file, it suggests CHEMID 517 is a very close match. You can also run the cold temp test by submitting it alone and renaming it to room-temp, along with implementing the changes I listed, to double-check.
thanks,
Alex M.
Hello Chen,
This seems like a different question. In the future you should start a new thread for a new question. However, you can get the device firmware here. Then you can use BQstudio to load the firmware.
thanks,
Alex Mazany
Hello Chen,
I already linked the R3 firmware in my previous post as a hyperlink, here is the full URL:
https://www.ti.com/tool/BQ40Z50-R3-DEVICE-FW
As for updating firmware, besides BQstudio, it is possible to do that using a microcontroller, which may be what you want to do in production.
This document has example code: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slua801/slua801.pdf
This document (starting at about page 24/25 also has some helpful information: https://www.ti.com/lit/ml/slyp822/slyp822.pdf
thanks,

Hello Chen,
When you download the file from the page I linked and run the installer, it will install the files in program data(hidden file) -> Texas Instruments -> bq40z50R3. In Bqstudio, open the "Firmware" tab and you can insert the .srec file that was in the path I just showed. Once you have that, you can program your device with the R3 firmware.
Let me know if you need any more help with this process.
thanks,
Alex M.
