My customer found that there are some rings on the Vgate waveform. As below waveform we measured, the ring likely occurs when enter the miller platform. We also tried to increase the Rdrive from 2.2ohm to 4.7ohm. The ring also exist. The waveform and schematic attached as below.
Do you have any suggestions to decrease this kind of ring?
Rdrive=2.2ohm
Rdrive=4.7ohm
