1. How to get the battery charge status and the value of the charge through the BQ7692000PWR and BQ78350DBTR-R1, by reading which registers?

2. what are the steps to do battery calibration, study and debug? Is it necessary to determine in advance that the cell is used in the existing Chem ID library?
You should determine your Chemistry ID first. Read Section 2.3 — Gas Gauging of the Using the BQ78350-R1 application report for a guide on how to select the appropiate chem ID for your cells.

For calibration procedure and information, read Section 12.2 — Calibration of the Technical Reference Manual (TRM). Some calibration can also be done through bqStudio, read Section 5.8 — Calibration of the BQ76920EVM User Guide.

3. Does the BQ76920EVM evaluation board use bq76940/bq76930/bq76920 Evaluation Software (Rev. A) to debug?  What is the specific purpose of that battery management studio software, and what is the difference between the applicable Evaluation Software ? The fuel gauge debug on the rk3399 phone is calibrated with which software? 
You can use the Evaluation Software to debug and evaluate the BQ76920 alone, without the BQ78350 gauge. You would not be able to debug with the BQ76920 through bqStudio directly. If using the BQ78350 you can evaluate and debug the BQ76920 using bqStudio. You can calibrate through the BQ78350 using bqStudio. Make sure your EVM board is configured for whichever software you are using. Read Section 4 — bq76940/bq76930/bq76920 Software and Section 5 — Battery Management Studio Software of the BQ76920EVM User Guide.
