TPIC46L02: Automotive Qualification of TPIC46L02

Part Number: TPIC46L02

Hi,

I am trying to find out whether TPIC46L02 ist AEC qualified. The product page specifies Automotive under rating but I can't find any hints towards automotive rating in the datasheet. Is this product actually qualified according to any standard?

    Hello,

    I see the mention of automotive under the product page but no reference to automotive qualification in the datasheet. So I am thinking this may be an error on the product page category.

    Also, this part is shown as not recommended for new designs so I would not recommend using this device on a new design since it is in a current production sustaining status.
