Hello TI experts,
my customer now tests BQ25700AEVM with EV2400 and LiFePO4 battery.
they tested several things so far, and they have a trouble with reading a status register.
when they enable adc_start in bqStudio, it comes back to disable state immediately, whatever I set 1 second or one shot update.
of course I set low power mode to disable.
what else should I check> can you guide it to me?

Yes I turned on some ADC options on bqStudio. please see the pictures below.
of course I checked other ADC options in 0x35 register, but I could not see any changes in Read Back register.
and I tried also one shot mode and 1-second update.
like I said I could not see any changes even I choose both modes (one shot and 1 second)
and especially I choose 1 second update, it is back to zero after few seconds.
what else should I check to see current and voltages through ADC read back register?
