LMZ12002: Peak body temperature

Good day.

Our customer would like to know the peak body temp of TI make LMZ12002TZ-ADJ/NOPB. Is it the same as the max storage temp? which is 150C?

Hi Cedrick,

We recommend the max operation junction temperature is 125C in section 6.3 of datasheet. The absolute max junction temperature is 150C which is same as storage temperature. Body temperature should be case temperature, not junction temperature. You need to calculate junction temperature based on case temperature. Please refer to apps note in the link as below.
