Our customer would like to know if the BQ25505 have built in short-circuit and reverse voltage protection?

    Hi Cedrik,

    No to reverse voltage protection.  There is no short circuit protection circuit but the converter and VSTOR-to-VBAT FETs all have high RDSon which provide some protection against short circuit.
