I have not seen so much difference in new batteries using the same cells but it is possible. I would also pick 1177. The other IDs will also work fine at room temperature and should even perform well at low temperature with Rb tweaks.
For many gauges that use generic chem IDs, you can use many different models of cells with the same gauge configuration without having to change the chem ID.

The goal of the TI process is to to get a good chem ID match for purposes of gauging accuracy. I do not think there is any known process for the reverse - finding if two batteries are the same. We can help with questions related to using the gauge.
