Hi, to whom it may concern

Could you please tell me the materials for Lead Finish and Wire bonding of LM4041CQDBZR?

Currently, it is NiPdAu and Au wire, but is there a possibility that SN and Cu Wire will coexist in the future?

My customer wants NiPdAu and Au wire products.

    Hi Gk110,

    Currently there are no plans to change current finishes and wire bonds on this product to different materials. In general, such a thing would trigger a product change notification, which is not desirable, so if such a thing were to happen in the future, it would spur a new part number, which would not have an impact on current products.
