TPS62912: TI solution suggestion

Dear Team,

Do we have any solution can meet these spec as below?

Vin: 12V

Vout: 5V

SW feq: 1.5M (Min)

have FPWM mode.

Eff: 80% (min) from 10mA to 350mA

    Jimmy,

    The TPS62912 is close, as it is FPWM, and switches at 2.2MHz for the 12Vin to 5Vout case.  However the efficiency at 10mA will be below 80% due to the higher Iq of the device and the FPWM.  What is the use case for the device, and can this requirement be adjusted?
