LMG1210: Problem after triggering signal

Part Number: LMG1210
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-01634,

Hello, my name is Jeffrey. I am working on a MHz converter using the LMG1210 and EPC2019 FETs. I have followed the reference design using the TIDA-01634 design provided by TI, but my signal is not being delivered from the LMG1210 driver.

EN pin is shorted to 5V using a header and DLH is pulled to GND to work in PWM MODE. In PWM my LO pin is set high (5V) and HO is set low (0V) at turn on, as it should.

But when I trigger my signal from my function generator, the LO pin is then set to 0V and does not generate the PWM signal. I removed the gate resistance and still get the problem from the gate driver. If I stop supplying power to the board and turn it back on, the LO pin goes back to 5V but does the same thing once I trigger the signal.

Is there a problem with my schematic? Is there a problem with my gate driver?

Thank you for your reply in advance.
