TPS61094: TPS61094 power efficiency when operated with low current loads

I'm considering using the TPS61094 for application with has pulsed loads in the 10-30mA range, but is typically at ~1uA or less. I see that the datasheet has numbers for 500uA loads, but I couldn't find anything for lighter operation. Do you have an data on how this converter performs under very light loads? (buck mode ~500nA, 1uA, 5uA, 10uA, etc)

Thanks for reaching out. First of all, i would like to know some background information so that your understanding to this device is correct. How are you going to use TPS61094? what is your SUP, VCHG and ICHG configuration? What is your input and what are you going to charge with TPS61094?
