I'm a little confused about the refresh rate of the TLC59582 (3-color) or TLC6946 (1-color).
If I supply them with a GCLK of 16 MHz, I only have a refresh rate of 16MHz / 65535 = 244 Hz in static mode.
Am I right or do I misunderstand the data sheet at this point?
With a multiplex of 1:16 I only get a refresh rate of 15Hz with this calculation...
Can you help me with this problem?
