LMR14020-Q1: Not able to use LMR14020 parts on WEBENCH simulation anymore

Hi,

I am quite new the the TI tool here. I was able to use and run simulation on WEBENCH POWER DESIGNER for LMR14020 parts yesterday.

Somehow I am not able to run the simulation today, and it says the device is not WEBENCH enabled even though I was able to use yesterday.

Could you tell me why I am seeing this error message? My design requirement remained the same as I used yesterday.. (40Vin to 24Vout, 2A).

**Edited : it's just not this particular part, I am not able to load any simulations by using any parts. Is there something wrong on the server?

it works at my side, i will move this to wenbench team see any suggestion from their side

Hi Gunn Lee,

We are able to create the Webench design and run simulation for devices mentioned below for the condition reported.

LMR14020S,LMR14020S-Q1,LMR14020SS-Q1,LMR14020DPR-Q1,LMR14020SDPR-Q1.

Kindly let us know the part from the list mentioned above for which the issue reported was observed.

If issue still persist, Could you please try below suggestions?

1. Could you please go to below link and try login with your username and password as shown in the image?

2. Try opening the link in different browser
