TPS61094: TPS61094 max output current in buck/boost and bypass mode

Part Number: TPS61094
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61022

Hello, I would like to use TPS61094 for a new project between a 5,5V DCDC power supply and 3V3 DCDC Power supply, for 10s keep alive fonction when 5v5 shutdouwn.

In my application the max current on 3V3 Out is 1,2A.

So I set the eval board with superCap 10F 2,7V, and output voltage to this eval board to 3V (because my 3V3 DCDC is buck/boost...).

After several test  on eval board, it seems to be ok to maintain 3V for several second (10s at 700mA load, 3s at 1,2A load).

But I'm not sure TPS61094 is all right for this high current capacity, because is datasheet, all graph are around max 500mA in boost mode, and after efficiency seems to be bad, and perhaps current limitation ?

Is it possible for you to confirme that in buck/boost mode, in my application, TPS61094 can maintain and support 1,2A on his own output ?

Thanks ans regards
