TPS61252: Leakage current from VIN to VOUT

Hi guys,

When the voltage of VIN and EN drops from 5V and gradually drops from 0.4V to around 0.3V (about 5 seconds), an event occurs in which VOUT rises from 0V to 0.3V. Is this the TPS61252 specification?

Hi Sir,

The input voltage which is lower than UVLO is out of datasheet specification.

Hi Wenhao,

This problem occurs when the VIN drops from 5V due to shutdown.

Why can't the "PMOS FET" diode block the VIN → VOUT leak?
