TPS73801-SEP: EN-pin threshold - wrong vertical axis labelling for figure 11 and 12

Part Number: TPS73801-SEP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS73801

Hi,

I'm guessing a wrong vertical axis labelling for figure 11 and 12, which makes EN-pin threshold voltage spec confusing.

By comparing TPS73801 revC and TPS73801-SEP revA datasheet,
it looks like vertical axis for figure 11 and 12 of TPS73801-SEP datasheet should be "EN threshold Voltage" (V) rather than "SHDN Input Current (μA)"

By the way, vertical axis scale of 0.1V would be easier to read.

Can you confirm ?
Thanks,
Thierry

  • Thierry,

Yes, this is an error.  Figures 6-11, and 6-12 should be labeled EN input voltage (V) for the typical enable plots vs temperature.

Thank you for pointing this out.

I will get this in queue to be updated.
