TPS54620: Feedback Voltage Reference Issues

Are TI aware of any known issues with the feedback voltage reference of TPS54620 components?

The datasheet states the voltage reference range is 0.792V to 0.808V, with a nominal 0.8V.

However, on a number of parts we have measured voltages much lower than the 0.792V minimum spec.

    Hello,

    Could you please share the schematic and/or the test conditions in which the parts were seen to have a reference voltage below 0.792V?

    This is not typically an issue TI sees with our parts, rather it often may result from test methodology and/or schematic/board issues potentially. Was this measured on the TPS54620EVM?
