LM26480SQ-AAEV: Enable input threshold

Part Number: LM26480SQ-AAEV
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM26480

Hello,

I was testing the LM26480 eval the other day and I found it weird that the EN logic voltage input threshold is different from the datasheet:

CH1 (Yellow): Vin, CH2 (Magenta): LDOEN2, CH3 (Blue): Vout

I applied a voltage at the EN pin from 1V to 2V to enable the output of LDO2, and vice versa to disable. This was the same for the buck enable pin. My Vdd is 5V so the VIH min should be 3.5V and the VIL max should be 0.4V as shown in the DS:

Is there any reason why this is happening?
