    Hi Ramin,

    From the user's guide at 

    S1 is inside the case beside the USB Mini-B port.  You need to use a small still rod like a leaded resistor or mechanical pencil to press it.\

    Thank you. I fixed this issue.

    I am powering the EVM board using external power supply +24VDC @5A

    Once I connect the uUSB connection from EVB to the PC, the PC turns off!

    Which Jumper(s) to remove or change it position on the EVM board?

    HI Ramin,

    You either use the USB port, connected to VBUS, D+/D- and GND pins of the charger so the PC's port can power the charger, OR you can connect to an external supply.  In your config, you are shorting a 24V power supply to the PC's USB 5V output, which is causing the PC to protect itself.
